Jessica is committed to helping individuals achieve their goals and improve personal well-being. Jessica has a warm and client-centred approach. Jessica collaborates with clients to increase self-awareness, experience personal growth, and overcome personal challenges to live a more meaningful life.
Jessica provides assessment and psychological treatment for adolescents and adults. She has an interest in working with clients with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, stress, grief and loss, anger, self-esteem issues, adjustment issues, emotion regulation problems, and relationship difficulties. Jessica employs a variety of evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Interpersonal Psychotherapy (IPT), and Mindfulness.
Jessica has experience working in a variety of private practice, non-government, government, and educational settings. Jessica has held various roles with Lifeline Australia (Telephone Crisis Supporter, Group Facilitator, and Trainer). Further, Jessica has experience providing support and supervision to Provisional Psychologists completing their pathway to general registration. Jessica is a Member of the Australian Psychological Society (MAPS).
